Eli: Why do magnets stick to each other?
Me: Magnets are attracted to each other.
Eli: What does "attracted" mean?
Me: It means they want to be together. Like I'm attracted to Daddy.
Eli: And I'm attracted to Daddy.
Me: No, you're not attracted to Daddy. Boys are attracted to girls and girls are attracted to boys.
Eli: Well I'm attracted to you.
I have similar conversations with my boys. May those Greek myths never hold true for our families. :)
